AlphyPay (Alp Capital Sdn Bhd) is a payment processing agent. We assist Xilnex LiveOrder’s merchants to collect payment from their LiveOrder’s end customers by acting as the merchant's agent. This is similar to how Lazada, Shopee, Foodpanda, GrabFood and GrabCar, collect payment for their merchant.

How long is the funds settlement from Alphypay?
3 working days.
If transacted on Monday, Thursday will be transferred to the merchants bank account.
If transacted on Friday, Wednesday will be transferred to the merchants bank account.

Once your LiveOrder account created, instantly your cashless payment is approved.
How to activate Alphypay portal?
Check your registered email for LiveOrder, click on the activation link, change to a new password.
